wow. way crappy, what happened?
pimpeasyelil   +1y
x3 on why, how. wtf. That really must have sucked. At least you are moving onto another project tho. Good luck

i dunno what happend, may have gotten some oil on the header, only thing i can think of
slammedyota91   +1y
least your ok and werent hurt
kirk   +1y
Damn. I dunno if oil on the header would have started that kind of fire without some tell tale smoking and burning smell beforehand. Fuel leak maybe? I always roll with a mini fire extinguisher since I drive Aircooled VWs, and they are prone to engine fires.

Thats horrible man.. Really sad to see that but I guess its nice to have a newer truck too just not the way to see one go..

Good luck with the new project.

Zac

P.S. Is that a yellow top optima?

man, that really sucks. good luck with the new project. it is possible for the manifold to catch the oil on fire and start a blaze. i know from first hand experience. i guess thats what i got for driving a tempo.

^^^ thats exactly what i was thinking

Sorry to see that happen man, can wait to see your colorado project come along!
