davids (projekt94) new ride

well last weekend david came up and we went to pick up his truck. it is an 89 that he bought from a guy on here. the truck was hacked pretty good so he is going to be getting it all back together. we couldn't get it over 50 mph on the way home because the air bag was about to fall off the driver side (which we didn't know until i jacked it up the next day). it also had the plastic aim bags on the rear and one on the driver side. i pulled the driverside front bag off and trashed it and gave him my used firestone bags to finish getting him the rest of the way home. he was able to get it up to 75 mph now with no problems. haha. he took it from pink to semi-gloss black and it looks way better! i will get some more pics when i get them from him, and sorry for the crappy pic but it is from his cell.

oh, and it is traditionally bodied to the rockers and has suicide doors (obviously). he is about to order all new bags from dev and a bunch of other stuff that it needs as well.

and on a side note, i had to drive it in my driveway very shortly and my 5 foot 11 inch ass will never do a traditional b.d. on a mini! wow! i could barely fit. but david is like 3 ft tall so it is all good. hahaha.

yeah, he's stoked! i kept dragging on him the night we picked it up cause he couldn't drag it just yet. we didn't know what all was wrong with it. haha. but the next morning after we got it all fixed up he was dragging again.
