It's always going to be an ongoing project, because aftermarket parts, while few and far between are very costly.
You basically have to DIY with these cars.
Homemade blow off valve, which included cutting the recirc. valve. You can spot the Garret GT 25 down there
Universal crap air intake from Advance.
Although I don't have a pic of it this version of the 9-3 came with a decent FMIC.
