ok like i said in my project post, instead of gettin another mazda i payed for the body work on the womans car .. it isnt a great job but i only paid $200 for it.. and it looks a million times better... i dont have before pics here on this comp but ill try to get some up.. i still gotta re-primer it.. and do the little part on the hatch.. and a few minor things. but no biggy he was gunna shoot blue but it ran out lol... here goes..

more pics coming after i primer it too.. ill even post some when i put the civic seats in it..

oh yeah i went to pull a part and bought the driver tail light and red piece.. cost me $30.. when did the price of a tail light become $20 at pull a part LOL and they say we aren't in recession or however you spell that...

hahah also notice her awesome job of puttin her new plates on??? i fixed it asap tho lol.. i love blonde's.. dont know why but i cant get enough of them

not bad for a my first job right?? lol i think its pretty good...

i plan on painting the rest of the blue on the hatch black, and matching the passenger side to the drivers.. dont know why but i think it will be kinda cool..

OOOOH, boy, lol. It's not too bad. Atleast she did'nt use duct tape, haha!

Next time though when you primer up a section like that, you should mask it off to then end of the body panel. But nice body work! I dunno how straight it really is but kudos for getting it that straight!

What I mean about masking it is that if you do what you did, you'd have to feather that primer with the paint. And regardless, when you paint it the whole thing has to be blended in. Maybe even the whole rear quarter!

lol well.. i went to a friends house and he has an isuzu rodeo, the same guy whos helpin my other friend buid his, and its almost the same exact color as the acura amd he had some paint for it, so we painted the back of it that color.. you can really see the crappy body work job, but nothing i cant sand out and redo.. lol.. the only thing wrong is the paint it like 1 or 2 shades darker then the rest of the car HAHA owell
