Ebay seller unique-customs

i found this auction

i emailed the seller asking if they could get the 4wd fenders for a 90 b2200 cab plus..... their response

'it would be 420 unpainted plus shipping"

lmmfao so i wirte them and tell them if they are paying anywhere near that amount for a fender they are getting ripped off..... and if they weren't paying that amount they were ripping their customers off...... heres the response i got back

"If you think you can get it cheaper elsewhere, buy it elsewhere. I told you we don't sell unpainted parts, this part is 427 list from Mazda, no OEM fender in existence is 100 dollars, especially not a Mazda OEM fender. Above what I pay for the fender to sell it to you unpainted, I have ebay and paypal fees, tech time to order, check, and package the part and to not break even or lose money, a few bucks for us. We are not ripping off anyone, you asked for a price on something we don't even sell. Why don't you call Mazda and get a price on this for yourself."

so needless to say don't use unique-customs on ebay because they are either ripping people off or the place they are getting it from is ripping them off

try here for 4x4 fenders a little pricy!!!

no its true, you cant purchase those fenders anywhere but from mazda new, and they are minimum 300 minimum, so i would say thats a fair price for a new oem fender for a 4wd, 2wd are cheap waaay cheap and easy to come by but not the 4wd ones, i would just say they are trying to do business and doing business to stay in business is the only way to do it.

Interesting... I will have to check the links later but to my knowledge...as little as it may be... I did not think it was possible to even get brand new OEM 4X4 fenders or bedsides for the 86-93's anymore. I have checked before with a couple different body shops and Mazda Dealers and got the same answer. No molds equals no new parts.
