Ok so this is my first truck project...I have ideas of what I want to do, but not sure where to go for parts, shops, etc. I have a 1997 B2300 Ext. cab, and I'm having a hard time finding custom/aftermarket parts.

I would like to lower it, but in a sport truck way I guess. I want the low look with a nice tight response.
Rims...but do they make "tuner style" rims for trucks?
And is there any performance parts worth while for the 2.3L? ....Though I think I would like to do a rotary motor swap.

Any info, ideas, help, websites, etc. would be greatly appreciated!

Bump!! Anybody. I don't think there is to many people on here with the new B-series Mazda's but maybe some one will reply.

Well as for wheels just figure out your lug pattern and offset and you can get any wheel you want.

Figure out the proper nomenclature for your engine and youll be able to fine many more performance parts.

Searching Ford Ranger parts might help too. Thats all i got.

post some pics, i'm not sure which body you got, if its like mine, your beat lol u can get a roll pan, rear window, and possibly fit some navigator headlights in it (im trying to find the money to buy some and find out how much fabbing its going to take to fit em), wheels wise, if its 5 lug its 5x114.3 or 5x4.5 explorer, dodge ram, ranger, mitsubishi eclipse. plenty of wheels fit em, and the suspension is the same as a ranger front and rear, as for motor, I havent touched the motor, i know they make a CAI for it, and aftermarket clutches and flywheels if its 5spd. figured i'd give you what info Ive found so far, if you got any questions feel free to shoot me a pm.

You should have no problem finding tuner style wheels in 5x114.3.

I'd love to see a rotary swapped in.

Yea rotary swap would be sick, just make sure you know shitloads about rotary's they get real hot, like the exhaust is over 1200 degrees i believe lol and piston engine is around 7-800?
love my rx7 and would like to do a rotary swap into my B2K but have enough trouble keeping the rx7 running.
also rx7's have the 114.3 bolt pattern aswell so lot of options there man.
Goodluck and load pics
