Have you looked at the fluid to see if it's leaking? I would think if it's not leaking your slave cylinder should be ok, but I could be wrong.

i think you do have air in your lines cuz it acts like it does. Go ahead and bleed the clutch and use dot 3 brake fluid and you should be good and your gunna need two or three ppl. one for pushin in the clutch, one for puttin in fluid and one to control the clutch bleeder screw.

3 people? I bled my clutch by myself. That sounds like a government clutch bleed job. lol

Make sure there's fluid in the reservoir, open up the bleed valve, pump the pedal a few times til fluid is coming out, close the valve, pump the pedal to get pressure back, top off the reservoir, and put the cap on. It gets ya more than enough pressure to get you around. Especially if you get stuck on the way to or from work cuz your slave cylinder went out and you don't have 2 passengers with you.

was gonna say, most slave's are self bleeders... both of my truck have a slow leak... i'm too lazy to tear into it, and it's such a slow leak that i only have to top up once a month or so... lol
