MSD ignition

I have looked around for sometime now, and come to find out they dont make an MSD ignition system for a B2000. I have seen mazdas with the MSD system on there trucks and am curious on what other engines are exactly the same as ours so I can run the system. Any help would be awsome thanks guys.

I'm pretty sure the ones you see are just using the universal box, not a kit for a particular make/model.
