Lol , what backspacing, offset do i need to use to tuck 22`s on stock spindle and 2wd sheetmetal? 6 lug with 8 or 8.5" wide

what offset and backspacing for an 18x8 then
dubd dawg   +1y
your gonna want a +40 or +45mm

what about backspacing of 6.25 and a +38 offset

Is that the same wheel? An 8" wheel with 6.25" BS would have an offset of +45. If the offset is +38, it would be a BS of 6".

An 8.5" wheel will be 6.25"/+38 though.

You would need something with around +50 for an 8" wheel or +62-65 for a 8.5" wheel. Which you're not going to find in a 6 lug, I don't know if you can even get that high of offset with custom ordered billets in 6 lug.
