Im buy another b2600i and I'm wanting to fix the overheating problems before they start cause Im going to take it on a long drive next weekend and I dont need the headaches... I was reading a thread a while back but cant find it anywhere any help guys ?

I just know the 2.6L is prone to overheating and I want to know what to look for before I take it on a 4 hour drive to my new place on Sat. Im picking up the truck tomorrow.... I shoud start a fleet lol now ill have 2 parts trucks (a b22 and a b26) and ill have my bagged and boddied project b22 and my daily b26 hahaha

im wondering if i should get the rad flushed or not ?? some people say its good some say its bad ??

LOL I want to see some pics of the fleet. Radiator flushed doesn't hurt, but if it's running hot first thing I would do is probably replace the thermostat. Both would be good first options.

See the "photos" button up at the top? Create an album and upload pics. When you view the individual pics, it gives you the code to post in the forum. You just copy and paste it.

That's the easiest way for now. I'm still working on making it even easier.
