even tho i dont have a truck right now i still think about things to do to one,now i did some thinking and i cant remember anyone saying a lot about useing disk brakes on the rear of a mazda, now i was thinking of useing a full size axle and cut it down to fit the mazdas but that cost a lot in steps to do, so i did some more thinking,..the toyota 4x4s are 6lug and the 4runners the newer ones have disk rears, so why not use them to put disks under a mazda.. at the same time im sure someone has to have thought of this as well

you use a runner axle if ya get the right years you get disc ans possible a basic 4 link that comes on them. and they are just a little bit narrow then a mazda. not sure about gears thow

oh i knew what you ment, and ya the pathfinder as well..but you hear peaple say( oh i want disk breaks), but they always go for the kits..why not just use an axle that has it already on it is all im saying... dont hear peaple saying that very much....

and ya the toyotas are 5 lug..it would give you the disk and the 5lug at the same time for the guys that want the lug swap..or like baha said the the 4x4s are 6lug along with the 2wd prerunners( setup like a 4x4, on 4x4 parts just 2wd)
