I have a 1989 Mazda that I bought from my grandfather, and it's not in the best of shape. It needs some body work, but i would love to lower it, but, I know nothing on how to do it. I could use some advice? Thanks.
first things first..look around on here..theres a lot of info in here on how to lower one,but for starters turn your tortions down and reindex the bolts so they dont hang down and get drug off..then put you some blocks in the rear,if not low enough pull some leafs and that will drop it more
I would check out some of the threads on here in the member projects forum. I would just start reading the threads on here and ask questions if you have them. It sounds like you are just starting out.
with you being new to truck customizing start with only bolt-on lowering kits.(adding lowing blocks to your rear axle, drop spindles and so on.) DONT cut your truck. till you learn how to do it, so you wont mess anything up you cant fix.
and money promiting you can always have a shop lower it for you. my 2 cents...Dae
here you go ive decided to make it easier for you.. your welcome lol
There are a lot more threads to search through like previously asked questions and such, just take a look around. It also helps to look at other forums for ideas there are many forums dedicated to audio/security and so on. Hope this helps.
