biggest body drop

Whats the biggest body drop you can do while keeping the stock engine under the stock hood? will a 2 3/4" be too much to accomplish this? I can always drop the engine down if need be. just trying to figure out my options. Thanks in advance

Mine is 2.75 and I could fit the small weber filter under stock hood. But I had to cut the bracing under the hood

did you drop the engine at all or was it factory height as well? I cant go through the hood in this thing since my hood is louvered.

Nope I didn't lower the motor at all

That works for me then. honestly i was hoping to not trim the hood at all because i cut up another hood to go under my hood to deflect water from the louvers off of the engine. Guess i could get away with keeping that if i dropped the engine down an inch or two. how much did you cut off your rocker?
