SOMEHOW IM MISSING THE HEAD GASKET THREAD!!!?

ok i cant find it now. I did see some posts on a "start to finish" on doing the head gasket on a 91 b2200 FI. but now its gone. anyone have a rundown on what it takes to get this done? doing it saturday!! WOOOOOHOOOOO
