Weld tale gate shut? yes or no?

Anyone have regrets on welding there tale gate shut? i am kinda thinking about doing mine closed for good but i can't decide.. pics??

if you got friends that like to seat on your truck...weld it..if you use your truck dont

the way i look at it is i cant use my bed anyways, withe the body drop and the step notch,,,,I have all my tanks and compressors and 2 batterys in the bed, SO I just did a full skin combo and welded it all up...I like the look...but like the previous guy said, if you use your bed, dont do it...
