i need some help, i was told to check my tps

And I can't find anything on how to check it. My problem is this I start my truck takes a smig of time to start but once it runs it idles fine about 1k. I barely touch throttle with my finger and it bogs. I was told to test my tps but can't find anything on it.

I have fresh fuel filter, fresh plugs, fuel pressure is good, cleaned maf, I've replaced aicv aswell. Any ideas? And my pockets aren't deep enough to jus throw parts at it till it runs.
