back spacing on 22's?????

I'm getting ready to start a new project and this time around I want to run 22's on a sfb. I've found a set of 22x7.5 wheels with a 40 offset and a 5.75 back spacing. I'm using cando's Mazda to Toyota control arms and 4x4 sheet metal. I want to know if these wheels would work before I purchase them?
