The best bet for the yota bumper is probably a junkyard.......maybe not the pull-a-part type, but a dismantler's type yard.......they might have the best looking ones as they buy their cars/trucks mainly for the parts rather than the scrap metal.
You can buy a cheap chrome stock type frt. bumper through several Ebay vendors, they need a little work on the mounting holes for the rubber end caps, but they look good when they're on there.......but if custom is more your liking, then I would search the JY's for a yota bumper. Also, there are vendors that make the conversion brackets to bolt up the yota bumper as well, so you don't have to weld the front of the yota bracket to the rear of the Mazda bracket.
