Do I need to use some type of spacer or extra washers when going from the stock manifold to the header ,It looks to me like the pacesetter flange is much thinner than the stock one and the bolts will bottom out before they will get tight, haven't had time to take a closer look and actually put it on, just wondering if I will need anything else before starting to put it on.

you should have studs mounted on the head and nuts to tighten the header down. Unless someone took the studs out to replace with bolts then I don't know if they will or not. If they do though it's not a big deal just find out the thread pitch and get some shorter ones.

sorry not the bolts, but the nuts, i guess i will have find some shorter studs or see if can get them to go in a little futher.
