Well I got bad news about my little rat rod Mazda, I had replaced my master and slave cylinders for the clutch, bled everything like i was suppose to and now i still have no clutch, I'm hoping that its not anything internal in the transmission.

can u see the slave cylinder push rod moving when the clucth is pressed?

More importantly, can you see the clutch release lever on the transmission side move when your helper pushes down the clutch pedal? And does it stay there when helper just holds the pedal down?

I can't remember exactly: what was the symptom that caused you to replace those? Was it the pedal OK, then occasionally not coming back up? If so, issue not inside the bell housing, anything wrong in there will not temporarily seem OK.

yeah everything works but when you go to let go of the clutch pedal the slave cylinder releases really slow and me and my father bled it for at least 20 mins and no difference was to be made

sounds like bad vacumm in the system
bad master or slave possible.. check all line connections
that or ur clutch is bad and theres no more resistence on the clutch fork.

I'm bettin' on some air still in the system. Did you bench-bleed the master cylinder before installing? If not do that on the truck; disconnect the output line, route a fitting and hose back into the reservoir, so on the upstroke hydraulic fluid is pulled back in, not air, and bleed that gently first.

well everything was bled right the master cylinder was bench bled like its suppose to and everything, cgd2200 you might be right my clutch might be bad

Well i finally figured out what was wrong with the clutch issue, it was the lever that pushes the throw out bearing, that had broke. So i got all that fixed now the truck studders when i go to take off. FML
