lowering rearend

how can i lower the rear end of my truck without using lowering blocks

Lowering leaf springs or take a few out. Bag it. Link setup with coilovers. Raise the rear frame clip and body drop the bed. Lots of options

which ones do i have to take out. and would it mess anything up??

resetting the leaves is the best way to lower your truck.
take leaves to engineering shop and they heat them up and "reset" the curve in them.
around and find out who does it.
I should have done that, but oh well
