Baha and SinCity are correct; all you can really eliminate would be the evaporator core and the expansion vlave inside the evaporator case. And I guess the defroster switch and the AC relay on the outside of the evaporator case, if you want to be technical. But you'd need to retain the evaporator case for the blower fan air to move to the heater core, defroster, vents, etc.
So I don't think that's worth the bother.
