my 1986 b2000 didnt have a radio bought from original owner guess truck never came with one. my questions are is the factory harness there somewhere for the ignition on/off constant 12 volt? are the speaker wires ran in the dash already or b pillars?

Factory harnes is still there. Have you looked? The one for the rear speakers is on the left side of the radio housing and the others should be on the right side coming from under the dash

Unscrew the two holes holding the grille cover on the underside of the dash (on both driver and passenger side). My guess is that there will two wires/speaker harness in there.

Now, I'm guessing that you also don't have a stereo console, floor mounted so under the dash. Look up under the dash for a stereo harness. You'll also need to run an antenna cable. Getting 12 volt constant, 12 volt switched, and ground wire are not a big deal, can tap into the fuse box. Even adding speaker wires to the front speaker locations would not be a big deal. By the way, these take 4 inch speakers.

I think the antenna cable might be the biggest hassle.

ima look tomorrow, just wondering if mazda used different harness's for these trucks with radios, and without. yeah it has a console thing there but has a delete plate there with like a change or little slot to put stuff at the bottom

It seems Mazda wanted to make upgrades easy in most cases. Like the AC was dealer-added, but about as built-in as it can be, a really decent set-up. And the factory stock carbs came with an extra "cam" wheel to make adding cruise control easier.

So I'd be surprised if they got cheap with 25 cents of wires. But nothing surprises me anymore.
