engine swap

anyone ever swap out a b3000 v6 3.0 liter 182ci engine for somethin bigger? i was just wondering because im not sure what would fit with the tranny and things like that

Your truck is pretty much a Ford Ranger with a few different body panels. I'm not sure anything else bolts onto that transmission but the SOHC 4.0L might. That engine puts out a lot of power.

well the b4000 4.0L engines only put out 10 extra horse and 40 extra foot lbs of torque which will be almost completely unoticeable

His truck IS a Ford Ranger with Mazda tags..

Not many differences.. The engine is made by Ford, the body is made by Ford, hell even the Badges are made by Ford.. NO Where on that truck does it say "Made in Japan"

So theres a 2002 Mazda b4000 with a SOHC 4.0L ? And puts out 200 hp ?
