Not sure. I've been up here in upstate NY for the past 3 years. There is a local chapter of Aftermath in Richmond as well.

I live in Southwest Virginia near Bristol and have had a few bagged S10s and a Ranger. I'm starting on my first Mazda here in the next few days. I have a few friends in this area that have bagged trucks also a couple has been in Minitruckin, One is Justin Wyatt's Mighty Max

and the other is Ryan Gibson's Frontier that is now owned by my buddy Brandon Smith

Richmond has a lot of bagged trucks. they just never really come out unless its to a show. There are chapters of Twisted Koncepts, IV Low, Aftermath, Freaks of Nature, Relaxed Atmosphere and a few local clubs. There is also a Virginia Minitruckers group on Facebook that is good about posting whats going on.

Im in Virginia Beach, I think the inspections for the local registered minis here is hard so its a lot less common then places like NC and FL. I looked for a truck I could get antique tags for, to side step the regulations.

After being out of the Minitruck scene for 7 years I am really excited to get back to throwing a few sparks on VA highways!
