Hey, so I want to put a sun roof in my 92 B2200 ext cab any ideas? I'm thinking just find a decent one in a junkyard, pull it out, drop a grinder threw my roof and weld according to the stock sunroof mounts, replace gaskets etc. done.

pretty much what im doing. using the sunroof from a honda accord i think (tuna would know best) its a good size and the glass goes up instead of inside the roof.

I found a nice aftermarket one for my truck about 8-9 years ago in the yard. Factory sunroof would be cool just have to make sure the roof is shaped the same as the Mazda roof.

I have a factory moonroof/sunroof in my B2000. Swapping a lot over to the B2200. Would it be as simple as grinding the hole, or would i also need to do some welding? I've never actually taken the sunroof off of the B2000.

Yeah. I assume it is stock/factory. It's on my 1987 B2000 LX. It was a tire runner for a local shop at the beginning of it's life. It had a lot of options, but it's a Frankenstein at this point.
Originally it had AC, PS, tilt steering, cruise, chrome everywhere, interior was completely covered and finished, tach, and washer fluid light.
