I have a sanden 708 I'm wanting to convert to run my bags I have looked at a couple threads on here and I was wondering for the guys who have converted them do u recommend grease or oil and also the threads I looked at on this subject the suction and discharge ports are on the back of the casing mine is on top will this keep it from discharging as much oil , can I get by with just a water seperator or will I still need a oil and water seperator thanks for any help

You would most def still need an oil catcher. AND an oiler to go on the inlet side of the compressor, if you run oil. I've never converted one to run oil. I lean more toward grease conversions cuz they are lower maintenance.

Only change I would do to my write up in the tech section is I would drill thru the side of the case somewhere and tap it for a grease fitting, so it would be super easy to maintain.
