its not Mazda factory but I would agree with Dan. That an aftermarket manufacturer did the conversion. looks like some Isuzu commercial wheels.

If I had that kind of cash sitting around I would buy it in a heartbeat. I've always wanted a dual wheeled mini.

There is no way that was made from the factory like that. Odds are that it is the same Mazda rear end with a custom set of dually rims (I contemplated such a set a while ago.) Probably what happened originally was that the Mazda dealership had a partnership with a local truck company and had that bed box designed/made specifically for the Mazda pickups. They probably only sold 3 of these setups at that particular dealership that year.
