Fender roller?

I think I need to roll the lip on my fenders. Does anyone have a fender roller or know where to rent one?

Or get a metal tube or something, like a steel bat or something and slowly roll it with that using the weight of the truck and the tire. It's ghetto but I've seen it work well. Just gotta take your time
