when changing over to the weber DGEV for Mazda B2200 all the wiring that in front of carburetor or almost under carb, what do I need to keep other than 02 sensor, and electric choke wire

Before you change anything verify emission laws in your state.

If you swap the carburetors your O2 sensor won't work to reduce emission levels.

Just leave the oxygen sender in the exhaust manifold as a plug.

Yes, you'll need the electric choke wire only.

Im trying to work out this new weber carb, its throwing white smoke i think out the exaust plus it is strugling to hold idle when i first start it so anyone think i should check the float see if its hanging up but why a brand new weber carb be needing to adjust the float

I'd check the choke adjustment, choke wiring, and idle mixture before I even thought of taking off the top of the new carburetor.

This kit WILL run smooth and trouble free. Did you retain your EGR valve as a shut off (I assume that it does close fully) or did you make a block-off? Double and triple check to make sure ALL of the vacuum ports on the intake manifold are capped (small piece of vacuum tubing and wooden golf tee) ?
