Hello,
I recently had some A/C troubles, due to a projectile hitting my A/C condenser, all my R-134 escaped and all cooling has stopped. Being in Arizona in middle of summer, this situation needs to be corrected asap.
I am wanting to know what would be the best condenser to use for my 91 B2600, that will fit in the space allowed and connect to existing lines. It already appears as if the previous owner had replaced the stock condenser with a newer 'parallel flow' r-134 style condenser, which I assume is the way to go, rather than using the stock tube style one.
Does anyone know of any other vehicles condensers that would be compatible with the truck? I would like to be able to walk into local Autozone or o'reilly auto and get a condenser that will work, and any information would be appreciated.
While I would prefer to buy it locally, If there are other vehicles I could look up on rockauto and order a condenser that would fit, by all means let me know.
If anyone has personal recommendations on what type and manufacturer I should be looking for, that would be appreciated. like the get the A/C back up and running quickly.
Thanks
