B3000 Leveling kit?

Hello, I am trying to find a kit to raise the front of my 1996 mazda b3000 ext cab 4x4 up about 2-3"... My truck has springs and no torsion bars. But the only spacers i can find are for a 2wd non ext cab?. Any help would be great. Thanks
