front bagg problems

anybody help me with my 2200 front bagg i have 2500 bagg an its all stock plus Im wanting to.lay out with a 17in wheel its passing.me off my chevy was easy an my problem is wear do i mount the Brackets everywhere i weld them the bagg is squeezed way too much an it only sets 5 inches off the groundi cut the shock tab an bump stops off

ok Sry didn't wanna waist anyone's time Im new the problem is i cut bump stops an upper shock mount to mount bagg bracket an so the upper arm will lift higher the upper bracket is welded in line were the bump stops were an i would let truck down an it was 5 in off the ground an it was badly squeezing the bagg Norway would i be able to roll setting down the ball joint bolts would rub a hole so i flipped the ball joint an shaved the bolts smooth gained an inch there now Im 4in off the ground with a 205 55 16 wheel
