Orange county choppers is in foreclosure .. AND they just opened a dealer in florida , went partners in a resturant .. hmmm - Says on thier website that they've been in discussion with GE comerical finance company sense last summer.. well paul - time to sell off some muscle cars and bikes to get your ass out of hock... i don't understand Didn't they just build that building last summer or summer prior?

Might be good that Jr is doing his own thing but technically he still owns 20% of the company .So his name and credit goes in the toilet with Sr if bank takes over property.

dont read to much into it. All it is, is a restructure. They are not going anywhere.

Jr does not own 20% of the company no more as his father got it back through the courts awhile ago tryed to have them believe the company is worth nothing. Plus orange county choppers is a corperation not privately owned by senior that way if the company is sued it wont hurt him personally and honestly Sr is a joke he thinks occ is that great please and that he is king come on we all know who put occ on the map with the first bikes. The first few years they did great bikes but now come on they are a joke. If junior was smart he would sue big bad daddy for rights on the logo as he did the logo for Occ and now Paul senior is in mind going crazy crying and whining how everyone is against him come on who in the beginning said they were parnters and then when they were becoming famous startd telling everyone its his business and everyone had to go on contract with OCC or they would be fired. The best thing Paul junior did was tell Daddy to fuck off and shove the shop up his ass open and his own shop. Did you watch the how lately all it is is paul sr saying how bad his son is and how they never apprecatted him. I think it comes down to senior is a self center asshole and has always been one the only guys on the crew is rick and the other older guy that are worth any thing Jason sits on a computer and makes a bike and thinks he is some thing special please its time to boycot occc and get them to do a show with other shops that are building some nice things and paul junior needs to just forget his dad and get what is rightfully his.

Jr still owns his 20%. They took that original desicion to a higher court and it was overturned. From reading about it the first court should have never decided the way they did.

occ show any more is mostly anymore Sr crying about this or that the other night they showed the replay of the behind the scenes of occ , and you saw the parts that he probably demanded they not show when they originally filmed .. Where sr is crying like a baby . etc.. Now he has 3 sons againist him . he didn't go to jr's wedding . Mikey is just well Lost. He acted originally like he wanted to reach out to him but changed his mind . Honestly he did the right thing by going the other way . All sr did was trip with mikey's mind calling him fat ass . I never heard a father call thier own son a fat ass and other names . Probably why mikey has a poor work ethic . he had a job at occ just cause sr wanted something /someone to laugh at on a daily basis. Just my thoughts.

i think we need a mini-truck automotive program for us .. I Mean there's Trucks tv thats geared towards horsepower , bigger trucks.. Extreme 4x4 - well that name says it all (does it need a explaination?) I 'd like to see a mini truck geared program geared towards us who like lowered / bagged / bodydropped trucks. and no nothing like monster garage either ( that was just hacking).. And not on speed channel DAMNIT! i Don't get that channel. pisses me off i see something thats interesting and its on a channel i don't get . LOL

agreed, we do need a show that is geared strictly towards mini trucks

OCC is a joke. Have been from day one. They are an assembler of mail order bikes with very light custom fabrication thrown in.

Trucks did project body bag with Eric Caliebus (I'm certain I slaughtered his name) a couple years ago. Couldn't ask for a better guy to have done the project with. There is too little variety to do a show just on building minitrucks. You could get a season maybe two out of it max.

This is true- but trucks obviously didn't know squat about building a mini - They didn't get into body modding painting other then 1 paint color . That truck nevr did make a return for updates like they do with every other project. lIl shop of horrors is a great shop . the spike truck they showed on trucks caught fire couple years ago , i think its in the process if rebuild..

I think there's potential for a show geared towards minis being the custom scene is changing daily and there are alot of people who do not know how to do alot of things , i think alot of people would watch to take notes how to do things.. I Mean worse that could happen is it gets canned. Shows get canned due to lack of ratings . if the ratings show good its a good idea. Think of Pitch men tv show - How else do you think them tv info-mericals sell product its by ratings . If the product does not get a draw of people watching the commerical and then going out buying or ordering the product the item disappears.

I think we're gona go thru a spring session of short lived tv programing this spring /summer.. something good will come on - then after 6-8 wks poof they'll be gone.

I know crispy burned up. Sucks. Body bag didn't make it back because simply there was much more requests for lifted trucks, off road stuff, and speed modifications were better recieved.

For the person who is footing the bill, it's a VERY big risk financially. I know how ratings and production costs work. You have to consider both sides. Comparing a tech based show to an infomercial is apples to oranges. One had an instant pay off, the other will rely on ratings, sponsors who feel it worth their time and money to pay to feature their products both in the show and on commercial spots.

They covered the basics: shaving handles, door popper set up, raising a bed floor, c notching and paint. Most home guys won't attempt more than a two tone paint job, not to mention they've done several episodes prior that went in further in to painting. What do you want them to do, show you how to paint a 90's paint job? They are much too complicated for 98% of diy-ers and it's a long process making for very boring tv to the masses.
