they make them hand dryers with the roll around towel that you use over and over again. why dont they make one with toilet paper?! could save millions of dollars!!!!

There was poster back in the day that had something like that...used bicycle crank and peddles to bove the toilet paper

Because there is no way to reuse anything that has fecal matter on it without very thorough washing.
