There is something special about free air, that makes it better than the filtered HVAC stuff they serve you in the jail.

Long story short, I was attacked by two and a half Nazi skin_heads last November (2010). I was taken into protective custody by the Cobb County Police/Sherriff Deputies.

My truck is still in impound. That guy is willing to drop the impound and storage fees to $1000.00 from the $4000.00 it was at when I checked with him last week. At least the truck still sits accessible. I hate the idea of having to buy my own truck out of an involuntary impound. Especially since I had no ability to say no to anything that the State forced me into.

They also took Tigger. Told me I had 7 days to claim him, or he would be forfeited to the State. I don't know where he is. I couldn't get anyone on the outside to step up to help.

2 churches abandoned me. They would not step up and rescue my truck or my dog.

One church I had attended for 8 years, plus paid thousands of dollars in tithes, and was active in the hospitality ministry for the last five years.

Something is very wrong at the heart of America.

The governments of the world are collapsing.

Here in America, we are experiencing something very similar to what happened in Germany just before Hitler took over.

Why have churches turned their back on me?

My LOW bond was $1032.00.
My actual bond was $7500.00
With junk fees it was $8047.00

That money could have been deposited with the Court, and receipts would have been refunded once this thing blows over.

But I sat for seven and one-half months.

And based on $20.00 per day food allowance approximations, I cost Cobb County $3,800.00 to feed me from November 2, 2010, to May 09, 2011. (I got out, eventually, on an "own recognizance" bond reduction motion, on June 14th, 2011.) A nice miracle, thanks to Jesus, not my stupid friends.

Anyone who wants to help get my truck out of impound, I have an account at Wells Fargo, #2000 126864474. I hope this information won't be taken down. Keep your receipt if you do charity deductions for tax purposes. Or if you want your money back later.

I was ORDERED by the Superior Court of Cobb County to LEAVE Georgia until trial calender gets called. So I CANNOT get my truck out of impound, as IT is STILL in Georgia. Right now, I M in Ohio. And I M on a 650 Kawasaki with a half empty gas tank. That was all I had the money for to get running, and get out of, the state with. I couldn't even see my Doctor to get checked out by.

I M going to need a super sharp legal team. Stupid State of Georgia is going to be sorry when I get my big fat legal judgement against them.

how the blue hell are you gona get your truck out of impound if you aren't even allowed in the state? impound won't release your truck to anyone but YOU . so that means the 1,000$ fee for impound is gona go back up if they're actually serious enough to backup what they promised . Sorry to hear your problem bro. good luck.

ps . did they try to say you were ridin durty? Family should have been allowed to be called instead of impounding the truck upon arrest. that sometimes is offered when you get a "nice" cop . you get an asshole cop well then you end up with what you currently got. hopefully no one f_cks with your truck in impound and everything that was in and on it when it was impounded at site is still in there ! Theres some sticky fingers with tow drivers these days .

Terrible deal man, sorry to hear. Sucks how your church family didn't help you out, but good to see you don't hold a grudge against the One they claim to follow. Keep your head up and your eyes on Him man, things will get right soon enough. Don't know how to give to a Wells Fargo account, but know Paypal lol.

That is a very crappy deal man. Cobb County is down the street from me, even though I'm a new(ish) member here, if there's anything that I can do to help.

I don't know if it will work here, but it does work. I just don't know how to retrieve the air pumped into the account. It is a virtual air bubble. It allows me to buy food for me and gas for the chariot. A 65 horsepower Kawasaki with a Vetter Windjammer. And some additional modifications for a trunk. The machine made the trip better than the rider did. But now I M in Michigan, in a safe haven.
