yellow jacket attack

so i was working on this truck when my neighbor ran from the back of her yard screaming help help yellow jackets are on me.. so my brother and i ran over there and starting smacking them off of her. well i got stung and my brother got stung and she got stung all over but we got them off.. I did get swoll up which is surprising.. my brother on the other hand.. how right finger on his hand swoll up. I was like
