I managed to shorten the truck awhile back by letting it meet the rear end of a corolla. after driving for pretty much a year hurting on the inside everytime i look at it i finally pulling the trigger and got it fixed up. Tinted the windows last week too.

Heres the damage

Then with grille and what was left of the bumper off.

Radiator support out and prepped for the transplant.

New(to me) support tacked in.

Finally the finished product.

I still got little stuff i need to do still like fix the hood or get another one for it to line up better cause i believe it took some of the hit too.. but it looks a million times better so i plan to paint it in about two to three months hopefully

from the pics you show the hood looks fine except for some minor adjustments could be had at the hood latch... give it a try.

edit: on second glance... looks like one side of the hood sits higher than the other... in that case just try grabbing both ends of the front of the hood and twisting the opposite way... if you are thinking of replacing the thing that you cant be too worried about trying to bend it a lil...lol with all the supports i'm sure you wont be able to noticeably crease or disfigure the thing with out really yanking or a tool involved
