okay Dads lets see your cub scouts pine wood derby rigs

well here is what Tristan and I built for this years race. It's tri stage candy apple red. We still have to cut some silver vinyl to make windows, and slap on the ugly regulation wheels. As soon as the race is over we are going to mill out the wheel wells and slam it again.

Pretty sweet looking ride. Will have to post some pics of the truck I built for a celebrity pinewood derby. Granted it was made from a regulation piece of pine but that was about the only thing regulation on it LOL. Can't really remember how much it weighed but I think is was close to a pound. Custom wheels, bearings, and axels. The only ride that beat ours was one powered by a remote control electric engine LOL
