Tree took out my truck and 3 others

Its at my house well a rental house but the landloards insurance is saying it was an act of god. But ive told him for the last year it was going to fall and he wouldnt ever come cut it down. Everyone talked me into calling a Lawyer in the morning to see if they can do anything or if i just need to get over it

I got the tree off it tonight so i started it and all the air ride still works and the frame dont look bent anymore with all the weight off it so hopefully it will be getting towed to my shop this weekend to get started pulling the body off

pictures man pictures... did you cut the trees apart and remove piece by piece or did you lift them off by crane?

It was too dark we were out there with flood lights. I will get some pics tomorrow. I used to drive a tow truck so i had some friends come over with there wreckers and pick up piece by piece as we cut it so nothing would have to have any extra weight on it

If you touch that truck anymore than you already have insurance most likely isnt going to pay anything. Especially since you are fixing yourself and have no receipts from a shop doing the repair work to it.
