unperformed mod on mazdas... what u think?

I wanna go fully shaved on my mazda...

and i look at these mazda's these days in MT and such... "fully shaved" how is it fully shaved when u leave taillights or tailgate handle or somethin like that?

no, what i wanna do is do the full 9 yds...

-back wall

-tailgate

so what you think of doin all this?

there is a guy here in town that has a newer s10 that has the extended cab widows shaved and the top is chopped about 6" and its disproportioned badly but i think with no chop it would be cool. I think all the other stuff being gone will be cool to. i love looking at these trucks and try to figure out whats missing.

yeah I never get the fully shaved and there is still tailights, mine is pretty close to what you want to do, I dont have any body seams anywhere as well even in the bottom part of the door jamb just under the door on the xcabs, I am not a big fan of the shaved xcab window, it was done alot in the late 80's and early 90's, but I like the natural lines to be kept, but i say go for it if you like that look, you are in the northwest so you migth wanna keep your wipers, my cowel is shaved and the wipers and arms are chromed and it looks real clean, so thats an idea

looks pretty good, but I dont usually like the side windows and back window shaved unless their is a whole wall of speakers in the back.

and not to be a dick or anything, but technicly, wouldnt fully shaved mean the front windshield and door windows too j/k

actually I think fully shaved means door handles, marker lights, emblems, tailgate handle, and maybe the tailgate. Tail lights, corner lights, side windows and back window is are optional becuase of local laws. plus shaving everything came from early low riders when they shaved emblems door handles lock holes, that ment fully shaved back then, and I think it still doesn today.

but if you plan on putting a huge wall of subs, then I think it looks cool, but if you are not planning on putting subs back there, remember, you will have a lot of blind spots by shaving the rear window and side windows, which might make it a little hard to drive as a daily, but if its a show truck, no problem.

well as it is right now... the back windows are sooo dark that they might as well be shaved.

what i wanna do on the inside is do build a fiberglass box type thing that lets the seat go back in them, it'll also hold 2 12" subs that are inverted so u can see the magnets n all. in the middle of that, i wanna put a BIG floating amp setup. i wanna fiberglass over the window holes too. that fiberglass enclosure will go into the center console which will also flow into the fully fiberglassed dash and door panels.

something else i was thinkin about is a 2-3" chop with the pillars laid back...

like the blazer on MT's cover while back... "fully shaved" still had taillights...

every once in a while u'll see a mazda in there... "fully shaved" that will still have mirrors or wipers... WTF!?

and yea i do live in the northwest, but you know... Rain-X always comes in handy...

Other plans for the dawg are a full 2x3 frame with the underbody portion laid flat, then twisted up to stand up... that will go into the back half with a cantilever setup... the whole back half of the frame will be narrowed so the fuel cell will fit the frame PERFECTLY.

your photoshop pic looks good with all the mods you want but i dont think it will look its best with the shaved extra cab windows. you might think about laying a couple layers of 5% tint on those windows and then do your system.

idk, i like it...

the paint will end up being black on top with metallic blood red on bottom. then i can put fbi's led lights in my pan and make them blend in...

if u look at it long enough... it'll grow on you...

also, does that mean i'm really good since i did it in mspaint?

looks good, im just not a big fan with the shaved side windows. but everyone has there style and that is what makes things different

what will you do on the interior to fill all of those holes? fiberglass? im gonna paint the top of my truck Bodyline upBlack...with limotined windows..the plan is to make them dissaper into the paint..
