Hey guys I was wondering if this set up would work any help would be great and sorry about the diagram.

Yea, that will work but you forgot a few things like your valves and pressure switch. I would also run check valves at each bag just to be safe and if you need them, run limit straps on your rear end.

how would urun 2 compressors with 2 4 port tanks?

yeah I no i did'nt put the valves in and check valves but could I not just run the check valve on the tank where the compressor comes in

you want the check valves at the bag so that if you blow a line you won't lose the pressure in the bag.

Don't forget that you want your exhaust/dump valve AFTER the check valve.

about running 2 compressors in 2 4port tanks. that's a very vague question since you can do plumbing many ways. you can plum a whole system with 1 port if you wanted to.

Since were on the "safety" part, when your designing your setup its not always a bad idea to put in some removeable bump stops for long trips. That way if you ever blow a line/bag on the highway at 2:00 am after a show weekend, you can still make it home and you didn't kill yourself along the way.

^^^man that is a good idea, i never thought about that.

also, i am going to install check valves and schrader valves on my bags. a schrader valve will let you air up at any gas station that has air.

what me and my buddy did was we used quick disconnects inline with our compressor leader hose. This way if either of us blew a compressor, we just get our hose and hook both tanks together and let the other truck's compressor air up both tanks. works great.

i also use it for airing up my tires when they are low. i got the tire fill up valve on a quick disconnect and i just connect it to the hose which I connect to my air tank
