test pics from my new camera

I got over 300 of them from this weekend

for all that wanna know what type of camera I got its a nikon D40 SLR 6.1 megapixle

Im also gonna be doing some freelance work for anybody that wants some shots taken

yeah i picked up a panasonic tz1
10digital zoom 6 optical zoom 6 meg..its an awsome lil camera

sweet man..i have been looking at a nikon d40x ever since it came out...pretty much same as what you got but 10 megapixel...but i am poor and putting money towards the truck.

this d40x is the shit I took some test pics with it at the store the quality was amazing with the d40 you can blow up the pic to 20x30 and still maintain photo quality.

i must stop looking at your pictures i want that camera soo bad!!!

LOL it took mw three months to save up for it If I waited till this friday I could have bought the D40x package for 1,000bucks
but I got a better deal with the d40 two lenses and a tri pack of 1 gig memory cards I also got a mini photo printer so I dont have to get 4x6 prints developed at walmart or walgreens or even ritz camera
the only reason I would need ot go to ritz camera is if I wanted a poster sized photo of one of my shots

Yeah im not sure if the d40 does it but the d40x is a really good camera for someone who doesnt know what everything means too cause it gives you previews and what not....i wanted the d80 forever but i didnt really want to put out 1300 or so and then the d40x recently came out and is the same megapixel and smaller body(really dont know any other differences between the two)...but i work in the mall and im at ritz all the time to kill time before shifts (cute chick there too) and stuff...I got a canon i960 printer that prints REALLY nice pictures so im set there. I also had photography classes in highschool and loved film and devloping and enlarging everything myself...really fun and stuff but I got rid of my old camera and regret it. Recently i thought about geting another film camera but i dont want to make my own darkroom cause thats really the only way i want to do it...and digital SLR is the new hotness..so IM JEALOUS pretty much explains it all.

Can't go wrong with the Nikons can't wait to see the pics from this coming weekend
