mine was just rebuilt, so im still usin regular mobil 5w-30......after bout 10k, ill switch it back to mobil synthetic 5w-30, 10w-40 in the summer when it gets hotter

me and my dad has always used mobil synthetic, his mazda was put on it at 90k has like 190k on it now, runs strong, no knock, compression is at like 155-160 last time i checked

i use synthetic on my ranger too

Quaker State 5w-40 is what i used when i rebuilt the dawg a few months ago. I put 10,000K on it then switched to 10w-40. Needs to be a bit thicker for warmer weather.

well my motor has alittle over 30,000 on it. Gotta love motor swaps lol So im going to put new oil in it. Only drove it alittle but seems to have burned most of it in tuning it and shit......long story

I run Amsoil full synthetic in anything I own that has an engine. Haven't put it in my Mazda yet cause I've only had it a few weeks but will be shortly. I love the stuff. You change it out once a year or 25,000 miles, whichever comes first. Filter gets changed every 6 mos or 12,500 miles. Saves major coin, and it's awesome for your engine life. I use their tranny and diff fluid too.

The cheapest 20-50 I can get since it all leaks right back out anyways
