the support bearing is actually pretty easy, there is a big nut inside the joint, spray some wd-40 or something like that on it, then you should be able to break it loose with an open end wrench, after the nut is off tap the drive shaft apart with a mallet or rubber hammer and slide the carrier bearing off, make sure to pay attention to the way it comes off which way its pointing etc. then just do the opposite of taking it out, it should all in all take you less than an hour
