Anyone know if it is possible to convert our 2200 to propane? Like would a 2-barrel Ford Carb fit our motor? Anyone know if it is possibile? If not anyone know if you can make an adpater plate to mount a propane carb on it? would it be hard to make a adapter plate?

The ford carb wouldn't fit directly but an adapter can be made. However our engiens dont get a high enough compression to run propane, as diesels do. ALSO.. propane dosen't give you as much low end power.. but is nice for the interstate or something where your just cruzing. The kits and swaps are kinda expencive to do.. however once you get it done.. it pays for itself 10 fold. You can get propane filled at RV shops for like 40 cents a gallon in some areas. I did a lot of reaserach and found the kit to make it work on a carbed b2200 would be around 2 grand.
