stripped spark plug hole

Hi, I have a 87 b2200 and I was wondering if you could replace the cylinder head without pulling the engine.The reason im asking is because the guy who I bought it off of stripped out one of the spark plug holes.I know i could get a heli-coil but i have a parts truck here that i could get a cylinder head off of. Thanks

yea you can swap it with out pulling the motor its not that hard

Just make sure it's not cracked first, alot of 2.2 head's are...
