Carb Wont Open ...

when hitting the gas the carb wont close it is staying open ...anyone have that type of problem ...Its on a truck I was thinking of buying but could it be fixed or do i need another you think?

I think that depends on what is causing the problem doesn't it?

I'm Definitely no expert when it comes to mazdas, but i once had the exact same prob with a VW Rabbit, and we just lubed the cables.
Even If it's inside the carb wouldn't it just be a case of tearing into it (gently of course) and oiling the parts up a bit?

you could spray some starter fluid down in there also. might just need loosened up.

i may not understand what your talking about but if its your choke flap it will stay open or closed if it is unhoked

yea it doesnt close when hitting the gas pedal it stays open
