what carbs fit 86 b2000

just like the subject. my carb is leaking and my whole cab smells like gas when I drive so I wanted to go get a new one form a u pull it and fix it up. so what other vehicles have a carb that will work or what are the specs for it. thanks.

what i woul try and do is grab a carb that were used as perfomance 2 barrell carb with somewhat the same opening, and make an adapter plate out of 1/2 o3/4" aluminum, then u can mount the new carb to it, it would be alot of work involved, might be worth it, but u might want to check and see if u have a line leaking near the fuel pump

i don't think there is any carb from another truck that just bolts up(except mazda)... you need some sort of adapter plate, like when you get a weber or holley or whatever you can find. see if you can get a rebuild kit.
