hey you guys, i got a new valve cover that has the pcv valve sticking out the front, i think could be from a b2000? anyway, my pcv valve stuck straight up, and didn't clear my hood, amongst other things. so, new valve cover goes on, and my rocker arms hit it. what's up? anyone else run into this problem or know someone that knows how to fix it? i'm going to try to swap the baffle from the old one to the new one, and see if it works, i'll let you know how it goes.
email me at if you have anything!!!!

umm yeah, so what did you do to fix the problem?? i ended up just putting on the stock valve cover and running no pcv valve or breather. i think i'm going to grind the tops of the rocker arms off, and grind out the inside of the new valve cover to make more space. that should work. i measured the 2 valve covers and the new one (off the b2000?) is about half a centimeter shorter (closer to the rocker's) than my stock one. so, i think i can remove that amount by grinding each thing

umm i switched the baffles out like you said you were going to do in your first post did that not work?

well, i didn't try it. i had the two of them sitting next to each other and measured them, and they were different sizes, so i figured that was the problem.

if you are having troble trying to fit a B2000 valve cover on a B2200 and your rocker arms are hitting it. What i did was found the spot where the arm were hiting and i just hammered the spot down. i think it was like just this metal lip i had to hit down
